I have a HP...

I have a HP ENVY 4520. for some reason it quit printing from my computer. It was working fine. Please help me get it back on

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

HP ENVY 4520. It is just a 1year old. There is something that show on the printer that there is and item that it is deleting but it never goes away

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

About 2 weeks It just quit printing from my computer.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

That is all I just would like to be able to print from my computer.
