It evidently is no longer communicating wit my computer. I changed the color cartridges and now ikt won't print from my computer

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

XP 430

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac PC

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Nothing happened. I just changed the cartridges and everything went fine. it printed the test papers just fine but now it won't print from my computer. the paper comes out blank.
