My HP printer works...

My HP printer works well -- only that I can't print from Win10 app open. All printing goes back to use Chrome from which docs, PDF, etc work fine but I want to print from Win10!

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Less than one year. It's one of the Envy models.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC. Oh, I haven't thought about OS's for years! Don't know! I installed Win10 the day after it was released. Does that answer your question?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I have used Chrome for several years, printing OK. As soon as I installed Win10, I was hoping that my printer config would see that I no longer want Chrome as my go-to printer.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No, I've explained all my printing problems. I do have another question before I let you go. When reading email via Win10 Email, as I move my mouse around there is always a big box full of data! I know what that's about but I dislike it jumping up and I cannot see the message!
