I rebooted machine and it is plugged in to wall

To Reboot,

Unplug the Power Adapter.

Press and HOLD the power button for 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord but do not release HOLD.

Release HOLD and turn on the device.

Check if the issue is resolved.
