I can't get it to print...dont use it often and every time I send a print job, it fails. It only wants to copy!
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: sorry...xp-440
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac book pro
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: it's pretty new (I'd like to send it back and get a different brand!!!) It's always been an issue!
