Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC- Dell INSPIRON SRS Windows 7

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Thiscomputer wasn't in use for a while, the desktop which is connectedto the printer is struck bya virus and I want to photocopy and save the documents on desktop and USB for usage later.
