It's a model MG7520. Computer is running Win 10. I have specified a folder destimation for scanned documents after My Image Garden has converted them to PDFs. When I go to name the file before saving, MIG ignores my folder, and selects another destination, two levels above my location. I must then navigate to my folder and identify it before saving.
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Canon MG7520, as stated above. About a year old or more.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Again, please read my original post.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: As I recall, at first, MIG operated correctly. Then, this bug popped up some time ago. Do you suppose something has happened due to a Win 10 auto upgrade? Should I re-install the Canon software?
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
