My wife has a...

My wife has a Workforce WF/3620 printer. She has used this successfully for some time now. However there is now a fault. When trying to print to her normal card stock the printer puts the graphics in the wrong place on the card.

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

I.E page 1 is put on page 4 !!! Is there any way to reset the printer to base configuration _

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

On a PC running windows 10 *unfortunately( !!!

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Been an issue for about a week and its ruining her cardstock. Before this was OK for months.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
