Won't print documents after I reset to factory defaults

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

HP Envoy 4500

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Lenovo Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Kept getting warnings about virus, so would turn off computer and then back on and it would be ok. Last Friday I couldn't get any documents to come up - just a page of junk. I reset my computer after saving all on an external drive (Tobisha) Everything seemed of except it will not recognize my printer.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I am computer illiterate and should never have messed with resetting. I am not sure I did reset or not anymore.
