I have an HP Officejet 7612 and the error message identifies a printhead problem but doesn't tell how to fix it

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

About 16 months

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I have 2 identical printers and when the first one failed, I switched to the 2nd. The first printer just stopped and flashed the error message
