I asked you a question a couple of months ago regarding my LaserJet CP1525nw color printer not being recognized. The solution you provided worked for the CP525nw however, it caused my hp LaserJet 3030 not to be recognized any longer. I need both printers back on my network. They are connected via a HP jetdirect en3700. I need both printers available

I don't think it will work like that. It should work with one printer at a time.

By the way, have you tried connecting each printer individually to USB port on Jetdirect? Do they work and print?

no I haven't tried each printer individually. It was working that way for the past four years. I think I had something go corrupt in a driver or another software file related to the CP1525nw. The person I worked with last time fixed the problem with the CO1525nw but iun the process screwed up my hp LJ3030 connection
