I am trying to print a word document and am getting printer error state message
JA: What's the make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Epson WF-2650 not sure how old. Maybe 3 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Sorry I got cut pff
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

You should try re-installing drivers first, you can download latest drivers rm here :https://epson.com/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/WorkForce-Series/Epson-WorkForce-WF-2650/s/SPT_C11CD77201
