Hi, have just installed...

Hi, have just installed Trend Micro Maximum Security on computer yesterday. Went to scan/import sales document on printer and messages says MP Navigator EX3.0 not installed correctly. Have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times which shows successful. Did a Diagnois & Repair which shows no problem but still cannot access this. No problems in past with printer.

Technician's Assistant: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?

Its a PIXMA MP490 purchased 4/7/2010

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC using windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

No problems in past. Only happened yesterday. Everything shows its installed correctly. Was able to print out Diagnosis Report but cannot use Mp Navigator

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
