Unable to set up WF-4640 - it won't connect to WiFi

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-4640 which I bought from Joyce Mayne on 11 July 2017 (invoice(###) ###-#### but I have only just tried to set it up

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC Microsoft Windows 10 Home

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Past hour after setting Epson Printer up and then trying to connect to internet

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Just connect my printer so that I may print form my Toshiba laptop computer and iPhone 6S+

On 11 July 2017 I bought EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-4640 from Joyce Mayne on 11 July 2017 (invoice(###) ###-####.
This afternoon (Saturday 9 September 2017) I have tried to set it up.
I have not been able to use the printer since trying to set it up a couple of hours ago.
I have twice downloaded the set up. Firstly with the CD, then with https://www.epsonconnect.com/
On both occasions it could not connect to the internet!

How do I check the printer's network settings? I did not receive a manual

On the printer's screen, you would touch the Wi-Fi / wireless signal icon, then touch option Wi-Fi Setup, then option Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your Wi-Fi / wireless network name.

Note: If needed, your Wi-Fi / wireless / network passphrase / password ***** key might be located at the back / bottom of your internet modern / router device(s); it is case-sensitive.
