The printer signals a jam though no paper has gone thru.
JA: What's the make and model of the printer?
Customer: Pro-100
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac OSX 10.9.5
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: A lot of grinding; but no movement of the paper.
