I have a PIMA Pro II and I am getting an error code B200.

I have a PIMA...

I have a PIMA Pro Mark II and I am getting an error code B200. The front lights are flashing green and orange alternately.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?

Yes. I have checked. Disconnected the printer. powered off.. reconnected powered on… With the same result. won’t print and says Support code B22… Contace service center.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I had made a print in photoshop. Put the machine to sleep. Woke it up and attempted to print a map from the MAPS program. At that point, I got the error message.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

That is all I have!

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is on and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.
