Just put in a new ink cartridge in my MFP M127fw and am now getting ink spots on the right side of the page. Can you advise?
JA: What is the exact make and model of your printer? And what kind of cartridges are you using?
Customer: Make of printer is H
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Make is hp printing from a PC don't know my OS
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: No problems in past just started when i put the cartridge in got it via Ink Toner Store lable on ink cartridge is 1H-CF283A-N25
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

On the printer please do this:

  1. Press the Setup button (looks like a wrench)
  2. Open "Services"
  3. Select "Cleaning Mode" and press "OK"
  4. Follow the on screen prompts

You may have to run this up to 5 times, please let me know if it works
