I am getting the "waste ink absorber..." message and can't find it in the manual. Also, this pop-up is covering the answer you gave to someone previously.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: It's a beuaty and an old friend... the MP830.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows Home professional, I think
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It appeared some time ago (2-3 weeks). I had replaced the ink cartridges and, in my enthusiasm I also removed and cleaned the carrier. Ten the trouble wouldn't go away.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. when I open the printer, the cartridges do not slide into the center where they can be removed. Everything seems stalled on the right hand, storage side.
