I have an Epson...

I have an Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 which I have been using via Internet connection. It refused to take any print options via Internet so I cabled it directly to my laptop. Now if refuses to accept any print jobs even though it is directly connected via cable to my laptop.

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?

I gave you the make & model #. It is 2-3 years old.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

PC -- Dell laptop.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

This has been an issue for a week.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

All of the ink levels show almost full.
