My week old Epson xp-440 printer jams EVERY time i try to print...I am using epson paper.HELP

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?

I bought it 2 weeks ago it is an EPSON XP-440

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Whenever i start a new print job i have to reload the paper or it jams
