Hello and welcome to JustAnswer, I look forward to assisting you today. Is it possible to remove the battery?

Expert:  Dan replied 1 month ago.

If you can remove the battery, try powering it up with just the AC power supply and no battery installed to see if it will start. Let me know if you need further assistance.
