Canon Laser Printer hooked up wirelessly. Keep getting bidirectional support error. I've made sure the bidirectional check box is checked for the port the printer is using. Any ideas?

try the below steps

on the computer, in the search box type control panel and open it from search results

open devices and printers

right click on printer icon and uninstall

then click on add printer option on top and add the printer again

make sure birectional support is checked

try a test print and let me know
