Hello, I downloaded the print dr. when Win 10 installed/ Has worked great til now. Tried to run it again but says there is a problem
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: officejet 6500a probably 6 yrs old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Win 10 just updated so that may be the problem
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

I'm sorry about the issue. Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable? Or is the connection wireless?
