Mostly because your printer went offline or you haven't selected the correct printer to send the print.

Wired.

OK how many printers do you have and which version of windows is installed in the PC.Is it Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10?

I printer and windows 10.

Also the shortcut key for printing is CTRL + P not shift + P so note that down too.

Also see if your printer is selected as default printer in devices and printer in control panel.If not set it as default then please right click on it and select set as default printer.
