My Epson Workforce 545...

My Epson Workforce 545 doesn't recognize replacement cartridge. Keeps asking to replace.

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

Message keeps asking to replace cartridge.

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

New ones.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Have shut printer off. Cleaned contacts. Tried several new cartridges.

I went to Timbuktu and back. I fiddled with the controls and got the printer working again. Thanks but if I need you again I will recontact. Goodbye for now.
