Hi, I recently had to disconnect all my computer devices and recconnect them. Since then, I cannot get my printer to work. I have an WF-2760 printer and I'm sure that I have it plugged in and I am trying to reset up the wifi, since it doesn't seem to like the usb cable that I had. Can you help?
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is a WF-2760 and I think it si less than a year old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since I reconnected it.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, it keeps saying something about FAX, but I don't use fax because I no longer have a landline.
