I have a HP 3210 All in one Printer it shows "ink system failure"

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

I bought it in 2007 and the model no. HP Photosmart 3210 All in one Printer

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

A HP HDX PC with operating system Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Since last week, the error suddenly appeared

I changed the black cartridge.
Can I print only black print.

No, if you have color cartridges, you can take color prints as well.

I see you changed a Cartridge recently. Can you please run the below key combinations and see if it works.

Hold down the OK > cancel black and color buttons and turn off the machine holding all buttons down until its shut off > then turn back on and repeat "twice" until the printer resets itself.
