I replaced the drums about 12 moths ago, the screen is not showing that I need to change the ink cartridges but the color quality is very poor. What can be done?
JA: What's the model of your printer?
Customer: Brother MFC-9120cn
JA: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?
Customer: No error message,and yes I can open lid.

Is the machine in regular use?

Can you try removing the toner cartridges and shaking them to loosen up the toner, and let me know if that helps?
