Customer Question

My Stylus NX230 has suddenly stopped printing I have replaced all ink cartridges even though I knew the old ones weren't empty but I'd run out of ideas!! The message that comes up is Connect the product to the computer and turn the power on. If you turn the power off during printing, cancel the print job.
JA: What's the model of your printer?
Customer: 357FAC
JA: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?
Customer: No just the same message about connection The WI Fi is connected
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have turned the printer off and then on again hoping to reset it but that hasn't worked either
