We replaced the toner cartridge on our Ricoh MP 3350 but it still have a depleted toner message. We tried two different cartridges and we turned it off and back on.

Have you been using Original Ricoh Cartridges?

If you have installed the Cartridges, are they properly installed. Also, please check the PCU which might be faulty.
