I have replaced all of the drums in my HL-3170CDW Brother

Customer Question

I have replaced all of the drums in my HL-3170CDW Brother printer and the "Replace Drum" notice still pops when I use my computer and the "Replace Drum" notice stays on my Printer notice screen. Any help?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Brother is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Two years and HL-3170CDW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC and Windows 8.1
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: When it first happened I ordered all four new drums and replaced. About three weeks ago.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Nope
