We changed modems. No my printer is offline. I spent several minutes on the phone yesterday cleaning my print head. it seems to be functtioning now. How do I get my printer online. I am not very computer literate.
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: wirelessly
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I'm not sure. I do it everytime I receive a notice but have not received one in a very long time.
