I have an HP Laserjet Pro M1530, MFP series and I cannot

I have an HP Laserjet Pro M1530, MFP series and I cannot feed any paper thru the automatic feeder.
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your LaserJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: 4 1/2 years
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac. But im talking about the automatic feeder that I feed manually.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: 4 days
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Thanks for your patience. I would suggest you do two things.

1) Clean the ADF Pick.

2) Reset your Printer.

How to clean you ADF Pick Rollers :

a) Open the ADF cover

b) Lightly moisten a clean cloth with distilled, filtered, or bottled water

c) Clean the ADF cover and the rollers. Please use a separate cloth to clean the Separator.

d) Firmly close and check if its working.

How to Reset :

If cleaning does not work. Please do a reset.

a) Without turning the printer off, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer

b) Wait for 30 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

c) Press the power button to turn on the printer, if it did not power on automatically.
