Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is***** will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.
I think you should start by trying a new cyan cartridge. The one in the printer is most likely leaking toner.

If that does not work or has already been tried, perhaps the seals on the juncture of the printer with the cartridges, is damaged or loose. But let me know a bit more, and I will offer further advice.

Hi
I have done all what u mentioned before i asked
Including cleaning the charge coronas
Its got to be something different
Expert:  Russell H. replied 2 months ago.

Right. Does any cyan color get onto the printed pages, or is Cyan as a color (light blue) perhaps being printed lightly, or not at all?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Nope it is dust on top of imprints
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Is there something that regulates toner exit
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Now i al getting a code c2235
Expert:  Russell H. replied 2 months ago.

The fuser might be not hot enough, *if* the ink below the toner dust were wiping around easily at a touch. I doubt that's the problem.

The code c2235, though... I'm not sure what that means. In context as a network error, it may mean an expired security certificate. As a hardware error, it could relate to the transfer belt / transfer belt pressure / transfer belt pressure sensor.

So what is the context?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Nope
Codec2235 its middle
Transfer belt not aligned
And the blue color i had to change cyan developer
Expert:  Russell H. replied 2 months ago.

Is it fixed, then, or are there any further problems?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Nope
All ok
Expert:  Russell H. replied 2 months ago.

Glad to hear it. Is the transfer belt not aligned still?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Aligned already

Can this case be closed, then?
