Pearl It stopped printing words! doc look fine on IMAC screen but don't print anything except shadows or faded grid line. Have tried to print from Pages, numbers and even Turbotax. IT does still copy alright

I don't seem to have any trouble shooting software on this IMAC.

Load a few sheets of plain paper in the product.

Press the home button, if necessary.

Press the left or right arrow buttons to select Setup and press the OK button.

Press the up or down arrow buttons to select Maintenance and press the OK button.

Press the up or down arrow buttons to select Head Cleaning and press the OK button.

Press the start button to begin the cleaning cycle.

After the cleaning, try to print again and let me know the results.

Before your last suggestion, I indicated that the copy feature worked fine. I had already done those maintenance items too. That is twice that you both have ignored info that I provided. Can you just cancel this deal and refund my $$?
