I have a Brother...

I have a Brother Printer, 2270 DW. I changed the cartridge and I can no longer print. We have spent a lot of time with it, the same software is there but it doesn't seem to recognize it.

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

It keeps saying that an item in the queue is preventing printing. When you clear out the queue and try and print it doesn't print and repeatrs the message.

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

Refill.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
