i have used my Epson xp 400 printer for 2 years I just replace all the inks and it doesn't print
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I bought this printer about 4 to 5 years ago but I barely used it i haven't printed anything for the past 2 years so all inks were dried up but i replaced all inks just now and it doesn't print
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: i am using pc, windows 10 pro i have Epson xp-400 printer
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: i have noticed that if i don't use the printer for about 2 months, the inks will dry up and wont print, it happened before. however, when i changed the inks, it started to print again so what i did tonight was i replaced all inks and did all the nozzle checking, and other checks as well, it still doesn't print ink check shows all inks are full
