Hi, I'm Sudipto. Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply ASAP
Please let me know when you want to continue.
Please disconnect the power cord from the printer for 10 mins. and let me know, what happens after that?
Do you see any option on the screen to replace cartridge, like "Yes, replace now"
Ok, did you used that option to replace the cartridge?
Then, most probably the new cartridge is defective, this can happen when the cartridge has manufacturing defects. You can get it replaced from the store from which you have bought it, but before that remove the cartridge and clean the contacts on the printhead with a cotton swab and IP alcohol and check the result.
First clean the contacts and if that do not help then get a replacement cartridge.
Ok, no problem.
Did you bought another cartridge and tested with it?
I am very sorry that both the steps do not solve the problem, unfortunately, in that case, the firmware of the printer seems to be corrupt or the printhead, in both situation you have to send the printer to any repair shop.
I know this is a disappointing answer, but I asked you to get the printer to the repair shop as it is not possible to flash the firmware or replace the printhead at home. I cannot give you the answer to your satisfaction, I have to provide you with the answer, which is true and solve the problem. If this is a Canon printer, you could have replaced the printhead at home.
