why can't I save a scan to a memory device. Memory device is not recognised.
JA: What is the machine's exact make and model? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: wf 7620 I've had it for a couple of months, but only now unpacked it
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc .. win 7
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: This has been happening from day 1. I can print from the computer .,. no problem. It's the scanner that I can't get to work, to save a scan.
