Epson stylus cx6000

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Pc windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Today all was working fine with scanner till this morning printer works fine

EPSON SCAN has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working. Widows is checking for a solution
It comes up right after the epson scan page comes up. It never gets to the scan preveiw or scan page.
