My printer is not printing

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

I have the MFC 7360N

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Not sure so if that is the issue, can you tell me how it was working yesterday but then I did some Windows 10 updates and now it does not work

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Can you show them that last text. It was printing fine yesterday but I did Windows 10 update last night and now it will not print. I can Scan and Copy but nothing prints.
