My Epson XP400 wont...

My Epson XP400 wont feed Epson Premium photo paper, Users Guide says it should ,,,

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Its 5 years old. XP-400

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Just today. First time I've ever tried to print on photo paper. Paper beings to feed then stops and backs out.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

If paper does not feed for printing, remove it. Then reload it in the sheet feeder against the right side and beneath the tab. Slide the edge guide against the edge of the paper, making sure that the paper stack is not above the arrow mark on the edge guide.

Sometimes, you may have set the wrong paper size. Cancel printing to eject the paper. Select the correct paper size when you reprint.
