Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

2009 epson 11880 64 in wide stylus pro

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Mac os

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

This is the 2nd print head from Epson that they sent...my tech thinks it is just a bad batch of heads

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

There in no ink coming out on the test pattern

Try slightly squeezing the ink cartridges when installed to help the flow of ink through the new printhead.

Also try running a few self-cleans and let me know if that works?

probably need a Pump Cap Assembly..just not pulling ink
