Toshiba laptop w/windows 10. The original cd-rom does not cover windows 10

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your OfficeJet?

Just started. I accidently deleted the Hp printer symbol. My harddrive has a lot of Hp in it. I just need for the laptop to recognise the HP again.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I can go to printers & devices but the HP symbol is not there and I can't seem to restore it.
