Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

The printer itself is really not set up to be a dedicated fabric printer.

That said, it is possible, with a few caveats.

The tv can't print directly to a tshirt, for example. However you can buy printable fabric that is precut to letter sized sheets, which can be fed through the printers manual paper feed, such as these available on amazon: http://amzn.to/2eVbCpf

If you need to print onto a shape, such as a garment, that could not be fed through the printer, you can print onto iron on transfer sheets instead: http://amzn.to/2vRhfJc

There are also some online classes and tutorials for the process, if you are going to be doing a lot of fabric prints, that may benefit you: https://www.linda-matthews.com/classes/product/inked-cloth-workshop/

If you have any other questions, just let me know. Otherwise, please take a moment to rate my service as this is the only way I am credited for my time. Hopefully I have earned 5 Stars but if not please let me know what I can do to ensure you are satisfied. I also invite you to contact me directly with any future support needs at http://bit.ly/2rRmuH2 and ask for Nathan.

Thank you, ***** ***** a nice day,
