I am having trouble with my multi unit. It says to add toner so I put in a new toner made sure it was secure and still saying the same thing. I have tried many different things to try to get it to work but the same message comes up. What should I do? I have a Ricoh aficio MP 161

Customer: a couple of days. nothing happened before just said toner was low then said change toner
