Customer Question

I have a Brother's MFC-7460DN copier. I want to make the print darker but can't seem to figure it out.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Brother's MFC-7460DN copier
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC but if I'm not using the computer to print what difference does that make?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It didnlt just pop up. I just want to make the print darker. It has a place on the copier screen that says auto and should let me make it lighter or darker but I don't seem to make it go either way.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can I get a manual for this copier?
