I can't seem to get it to connect with my chromebook. It

I can't seem to get it to connect with my chromebook. It works just fine with my phone and my other lapton, but I need to print off chromebook.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I don't know. The phone works great though.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Google Chromebook. So Chrome OS I think.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It's never worked. Before this chat box popped up?
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: I don't know.

Is the printer wired or wireless?

It is wifi connected, it also has a usb plugged into my chromebook.

On your other laptop, do the following:

  1. Open the "Google Chrome" Web browser
  2. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Scroll down and click "Show Advanced Settings"
  5. Scroll down to "Google Cloud Print" and select "Add Printers"
  6. Sign into your Google account that you use on the Chromebook
  7. Select the printer(s) you want to use
  8. Click "Add Printer"
  9. Try to print on your Chromebook
