JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: HP Officejet6600; 0x61011bed
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC, Windows 07 system
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Its done it a couple of times before, but always cleared then worked
JA: Is there anything else the Printer Technician should be aware of?
Customer: Not that I'm aware of, I always use genuine HP cartridges etc

Hi, the error code that you are receiving is due to a bad printhead. At this time there is a couple of steps that we can try to see if the problem goes away, if not then it may be time to replace the printer.
