I can not get my printer to work & it worked up untill a few days ago
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It Is a Hp desket 3059a & about 3-4 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Hp Pavilion windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been 3-4 days & there was 1 day that I had no internet service
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Printer Technician should know?
Customer: No I guess not not sure, but will try & help any way I can

That might have something to do with the printer problem. Tell me: is the printer on a wireless or WiFi connection?

If u connect do I pay another $39 plus what I already paid
